2. Services
ActiveLife Gymnastics offers various gymnastics training programs, including but not limited to beginner classes, intermediate training, advanced coaching, flexibility and strength sessions, private lessons, and summer camps. Details of these services and their pricing are outlined on our website and may be subject to change.
3. Membership and Pricing
Monthly Membership: Provides access to all beginner and intermediate classes. Payment is due on a monthly basis.
Private Lessons: Available at an hourly rate. Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
Advanced Coaching: Offered for competitive gymnasts with specialized training plans. Payment is due on a monthly basis.
Flexibility & Strength: Sessions are billed per class attended.
Summer Camps: Week-long camps billed per camp.
Family Plan: Offers a discounted rate for families with multiple participants.
All payments must be made in advance. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Class Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a class or private lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for missed classes or sessions. In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, partial refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of ActiveLife Gymnastics.
5. Conduct and Behavior
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
6. Health and Safety
Medical Clearance: Participants are required to have a medical clearance from a healthcare provider if they have any pre-existing health conditions or concerns.
Liability: ActiveLife Gymnastics is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation in our programs. Participants assume all risks associated with their involvement.
7. Changes to Services
ActiveLife Gymnastics reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of its services or pricing at any time without prior notice.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership or access to our services at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ActiveLife Gymnastics operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
